About the event
This class is recommended to moms with January 2025–April 2025 due dates! This class was designed by practicing Birth Doulas based on their experience attending births over the years. You will learn a variety of techniques to help you stay comfortable and manage your labor. You will also have the opportunity to meet a few of the Birth Acadiana members and see them in action! Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to change positions freely (think hands-and-knees and squatting). Also, if you have a birth ball, bring it! It’s a good, cheap, investment and can be used after the birth too. This class is FREE but registration is required as space is limited at Baby Catcher Birth Center.
